Wellology (formerly J Nine & Co) was founded in 2021 by Janine Coppeller, born from a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding women's health in the workplace.
What began as a mission to supply workplaces with menstrual wellness products and training has grown into something far greater a whole ecosystem built around women thriving on their own terms.
Today, Wellology offers cyclical living coaching at both a personal and corporate level, helping women and businesses understand how working with the female cycle creates better performance, better wellbeing, and better results. But we don't stop there. Through our Wellology Hobby Hub, we bring women together in real life creating community, connection, and experiences designed around how women actually want to live.
We also place enormous value on helping women get into or return to the workforce with confidence. This is something our founder Janine is deeply passionate about, drawing on over 20 years of experience in recruitment and business development. Whether you've stepped away to raise a family, navigated a career change, or simply lost your footing along the way, we're here to help you find it again on your terms, in your own rhythm

Every year women get to the end of the year and ask themselves the same questions.
It started with a
simple observation.

After 26 years in recruitment and business development and several years coaching women through cyclical living I kept seeing the same pattern. 90% of women are not living. They are just getting by. And I knew I had to do something about it

And then came
Wellology hobby Hub.
Coaching women on cyclical living showed me something powerful, education alone wasn't enough. Women also needed community. Connection. Joy. Real experiences with other women who 'get it'.
So I created Wellology Hobby Hub a women only community where I organise the adventures and you just show up. From SOLD OUT Floating Pilates sessions at 5* venues to Kayaking and Sound Baths under the Full Moon this is where women stop getting by and start living.
And now businesses are asking me to bring the same energy to their female teams. What started as a community has become a movement.

Janine Coppeller is originally from Cheshire in the UK and moved to Sydney in 2010. After her son left home and she became an empty nester Janine relocated to Queensland to be closer to the beach, the sunshine and a slower pace of life.
With 26 years of experience in recruitment and business development Janine is highly skilled in sales environments. Since 2021 she has embraced cyclical living with incredible results even while navigating her own personal challenges with endometriosis, PMDD and perimenopause.
Her journey of pain into purpose has equipped her with a wealth of insights and tools she now shares through one on one coaching and the Wellology workplace programs.
When she is not coaching or organising adventures for Gold Coast women you will find Janine reading, doing reformer Pilates or walking Henry her Toy Cavoodle. 🐾
